The 157th edition of the Belmont Stakes at Saratoga Race Course is set for Saturday and a couple more states will now have the ability to wager on the third jewel of the Triple Crown through the Caesars Sportsbook mobile app.

Caesars customers in seven states now have the ability to toggle back and forth from the sportsbook to horse racing. Other states previously announced include Colorado, Kentucky, Maryland, Ohio, and New York.
Colorado and Kentucky were added in late April so horse racing fans in those states can have the ability to wager not only on the Belmont Stakes, but for all the other big summer races over the next few months.
Belmont Stakes post position draw
The announcement comes as Preakness Stakes winner Journalism was installed as the 8-5 morning line favorite in the Belmont Stakes odds early Monday evening from post position No. 7, while Kentucky Derby winner Sovereignty will come from post position No. 2 as the 2-1 second choice.
The field of eight also includes: 1 - Hill Road (10-1), 3 - Rodriguez (6-1), 4 - Uncaged (30-1), 5 - Crudo (15-1), 6 - Baeza (4-1), and 8 - Heart of Honor (30-1).
Saturday's main event will go as race 13 (post time 7:04 p.m. ET) on a 14-race card that begins at 10:45 a.m. and includes seven other graded stakes. Currently, there is a 50% chance of rain showers on Saturday.
