Scottie Scheffler is back in action after running away from the pack at Royal Portrush for his fourth major championship. It was also his fourth win since the start of May, and he hasn't finished worse than T8 over that span.
The World No. 1 has odds as short as +275 after finishing fourth here a year ago.
Xander Schauffele is the only other golfer shorter than 20/1, and for good reason. He finished T7 and T8 in his two starts overseas and finished runner-up here in Memphis last year.
After Scottie and Xander, there's a plethora of guys in the 25/1 range, including Tommy Fleetwood, Justin Thomas, Russell Henley, and Ludvig Aberg. Notably, Fleetwood is still looking for his first PGA Tour victory despite coming oh-so-close time and time again. He finished T3 here in 2023.
Defending champion Hideki Matsuyama is in the field and on the board between +2500 and +3000 after winning with 30/1 odds a year ago. He posted rounds of 65, 64, and 64 the first three days before fending off the field with a final-round 70.
