What's up Covers brothers? Long while since my last post, but thought I'd run something by you all and get some feedback.
Anyone heard of Adam Meyer? This clown has a weekly show on KNBR Bay Area and a website www.adamwins.com . His services range anywhere from per pick to 10K monthly for "VIP" access. Let me tell you a little about his "VIP" picks. So far in the College Football 2011 season, Adam and his amazing band of touts are 1-8 IN THE VIP SECTION.
Tonight, they are on Fla INTL/ Ark St O 52. If anyone is watching this game and has any prior knowledge of how these teams perform, you'd know that they typically "Air it out" so to speak with decent running games. Tonight, however, you'll see they are very careful on offense, milking the clock, rarely throwing and are completely uninventive. That said, I've noticed that line movement appears to be pretty drastic in the direction of the "Adamwins" pick. Tonight, the line moved from 52-55 in some places. Did adamwins somehow gain insight into these two teams gameplans? Seems real fishy to me.
Now, I'm not a conspiracy theorist, but you have to look at these variables mentioned above and think WTF. Is Adam really trying to win, or is he on the take to send horrible picks out there and win Vegas money? This is the one game tonight and everyone is on it because let's face it; we're degenerates.
Seems very strange to me that college VIP picks are 1-8 (soon to be 1-9), the line moves in the direction of their picks and they never hit. Hmmmm.
I may get boxed for this thread, but I'm not too concerned about it. Anyone got any insights to share on this topic?
Lastly, I'm not a tout, I don't sell picks; I'm just an honest gambler like you all.I don't stand to gain by bashing Meyer, except maybe the peace of mind knowing that this may encourage you all not to ever use touts.
