As for using it. After you get followers they can click the cell phone button on your page and set up their cell to receive texts from you when you tweet.
You just have to type whatever it is you feel (picks, thoughts, etc) and tweet it and then your followers you have accepted will be able to see it on your page or if they set up your tweet to text they will get the text when you do tweet it.

Negative. BigEastExpert, rush, kindergardencapper, TREE88, special_k, vanzack, MrBator, kalind and KineProfessor all post winners and post them very consistently and regularly (not for just part of a season) and yet they are not banned. Should be a giant clue for people.
