i may be able to help you, johnny.
it's a free contest. relax a while. stuff happens. I had some glitch happen on the next to last day before mugs, and I would have won a covers ball cap, but no, the glitch happened, and i have been bitter for all these years, until yesterday. now I am over it. no more sleepless nights for me.
does your boss know what you are doing at work? on company time? maybe it is instant karma.

I am requesting that you disallow my two picks that were reversed by accident on your ****ing computer, and credit me with the two losses that I would have had, and that I really meant to make had your ****ing computer been working correctly. It is only fair.
Sincerely,
Johnny Odae
