Ever notice the higher you climb up, the less options for picks are given. When I see sites do this, I never trust wagering with their sponsors or advertisers such as Bet 365 or Sports Interaction etc. When I see all the dumb rules for free contests, I can't bother to begin reading them all for real cash wagering. Just bet in Las Vegas. When you make a pick and a game is cancelled, an email should go out, allowing another pick.

The options for picks are the same for everyone. If the ML gets too big, they take it off the board. Also I believe if the percentage of people taking a team gets too high, it comes off too.
