Is the 'Ultimate Race' Contest Mainly An NBA Contest?

The NHL has been in action for about a month now and for today's selections, with 5 games on the slate, we're provided with one measely hockey game. On the flipside, with this other sport, we simply have an opening night(snooze), and we're bogged down with, what appears to be, every bloody game on the board. Maybe the contest should be renamed the 'Ultimate NBA (Snooze) Race' contest. ||confused.gif' border=0>

geoffrey, It all depends on the day. Only NHL and NBA games are available today. Note that heavy favorites are not used in the contest ruling out the majority of the NHL board today, leaving mostly NBA games. See full Contest Rules HERE. Participants are limited to a maximum of four picks per day, selecting any combination of sides or totals. Participants can select any game available on the Race game sheet. Pick options will change as selections are made - you will be required to submit picks across various sports. Games with point spreads (Football and Basketball) are subject to availability. Money line sports (Baseball and Hockey) are subject to availability and games with a heavy favorite (Money Line greater than -150) will not be available for selection. Thanks, W-T

Do you think they are going to let you pick on games where the favorite is favored by more than -170? Get a clue, there is no competition in that.

You can make it an NBA contest if you want to limit yourself to the games played on the west coast. Friday night is a perfect example. If you simply wait until past 9 PM EST, you can make four picks on the two remaining NBA games. ||poker.gif' border=0>
