Very interesting.  So, you beat a 5-11 Colts team by 7, a 8-8 GB team by 6, a 2-14 TB by 8 and 10 pts. and you say that NE isn't all that because they squeaked by 2 of the top 5 in the league???  Im just still searching for your rationale behind your argument...

1) never said the patriots had to blow out every opponette if i did you show me were i said that.
2) look at the quailty of teams the bears played then and look at the quailty of the patriots teams does'nt even compare!

the pats have played the 2nd and 3rd best teams in football this year in dallas and indy.

See guys this is what im talking about because they are homers. and played 2 more games then miami that automatically makes them the better team now if the nfl ever expands to say 18 regular season games and someone other than the patriots goes undefeated you will have these same people on here saying that the 2007 patriots were better because boston people cannot give credit were credit is due unless its there team!!!!

what grade of school did you finish? how many times do we have to tell you the pats have not played miami and the jets twice.....  so i assume in your power ranking you give the edge to the bears because the bucs went 4-12 that year?

Hey dipshit show me were i said in this thread here that they have beaten miami and jets twice....

It's clear you cannot read i said they have beaten miami(0-12) and jets(3-9) and the jets not pats have beaten miami(0-12) twice and the jets only have 3 wins!!!! Yeah you guys are world beaters...

K.. God knows the last time I posted.. but cmon..

Its real simple.. Open your eyes.  This team, the 2007 Pats, is absolutely awesome.  In a league of free agency, salary caps, parity, etc.. what the have done, is absolutely, in one word... AWESOME.  

When you are beating teams by the average that they are.. when you are winning those games that it look like you should have lost cause you played like ass, when all of this happens.. you are AWESOME.

What Belicheck has done there, along with his player of personel Pioli, is AWESOME.

Screw the Spygate thing, cause as many a coach has admitted, they all do it... they all look for the "edge"..  so I think the better question is why if they all do it, then why do the Pats make it looks so much easier?  Especially in this league?   Cause they are awesome??

Listen.. the 85 Bears.. .great team.  72 Dolphins.. phenomenal.  80s and 90s of the 49ers and Dolphins... unreal.   But in this era.. the Pats.. what they are doing..  AWESOME

If you cant say the same.. lets see after this weekend when they play the top rated DEF along with some funny no name DB running his mouth and guaranteeing victory allready for the Steelers..

And IF the Pats win???

I have nothing against you. You have your right to think that but don't drink the kool-aid my friend let me throw this out to you and you give me and honest answer besides these teams im listing here who else in this league this year is honestly very good....

new england 12-0
indy 10-2
jacksonville 8-4
pittsburgh 9-3
dallas 11-1
green bay 10-2


that is just 6 clubs out of 32 that means over 75% of this league is not very good...So were is this all mighty parity everyone keeps talking about to me this league is way, way down and as of right now the patriots are the best of a bad league so does going undefeated against this weak league mean they are some super team and one of the best ever and i honestly without a shadow of any doubt what so ever can say......NO!!!!

Homer???  I don't even like the Patriots, never have, never will .    I just give them credit.  I also hate Favre (being a Vikings fan) but I respect him and think he is one of the best ever to lace them up.

Hey let me first say i respect certain players in this league i understand what favre has done and i also believe that you guys have a stud there in minnestoa adrian peterson his going to be great. But as i said just above this league is just not very good besides 6 clubs everyone else is just horrible that is 75% of this league is bad and this patriots team is just the best of a bad league. Let me just try and be alittle clearer the 2001 patriots are better than this 2007 patriots team i honestly believe that the '01 pats would beat the '07 pats. But because this team may go undefeated who is everyone going to remember and say man that was the best team i ever saw and that's were i have a probably because as i've been saying they are far from being the best!!!!

See have not gotten anyone to tell me any differnt this league is 75% bad that is the truth this is why yesterday i was comparing the pats to a college team like hawaii because they beat up on all those sorry conference teams and defeated one very good team boise st. to go unbeaten but in college they understand that what hawaii has accomplished does'nt compare to lsu and the s.e.c.....Well that is the "07 pats don't even compare to the 85 bears are those steeler clubs from the 70's are 80's 49ers or 90's cowboys those teams were great!!

Let me tell you all something else a few years back cant remember the year right off hand but when boston beat the yanks and then the cards in the series. After they beat the yanks it was 1000's of yank fans who came on forums giving boston all the credit and then when boston won the series it was 1000's of yank fans coming on forums and congratulating the redsoxs on winning the series. Now flip the switch do you honestly believe redsox fans would do the same HELL NO!

1) If the yanks were to knock them out of the alcs you would'nt even see boston fans on the forum must less give the yanks any credit.
2) Because everyone in america besides a certain area up in the northeast knows what sore losers boston fans are.


So do you think if say seattle were 12-0 or the rams or cardinals are anyone else were undefeated those boston fans would be on here saying the same things there saying now about there team FUCK NO! they would be downgrading any and everything and saying that team whom ever it be sucks!!
