CG, forget last night.
Today is a new day.
Time for a shower with some Zest (Zest Fully Zest FullY Zest Fully Clean, you're not fully clean unless your Zest fully clean!) to wash all that coke and cousin-grime off a physique that must give a Roman god a run for its money. You're consistent working out and dieting has paid off and it shows.
Sit down to a nice bowl of high fiber cereal. Preferably one that will cleanse all the toxicity in your system followed by a bathroom run for the ages! (I'd have a 10 pack of Lysol handy too. Cousin CG is gonna need to use eventually if you don't kick him out soon!).
East half a grapefruit with a lightly poached egg to finish it off. Down it with the freshest squeezed OJ with your pinky in the air. You are capping aristocracy now CG! You've 'paid your dues' as you like to say.
Finally throw on some lavender colored leotards and a candy cane colored headband (shirt optional) and start Sweatin' to the Oldies like only a Richard Simmons can. When your neighbors see you doing high leg raises to "Come on Baby! Let's do tha Twist", they'll know a new and improved CG is strong enough to beat the world!
Boom! Another quick shower, your best Armani suit, and soon enough you'll be coming down that escalator at Caesars like Tom Cruise and Dustin Hoffman in RainMan ready to make that 5K bomb!
Capping? Who needs it? Naturals like yourself can pull these babies out of your a** like its a maternity ward at a hospital.
