CG you picked a great time to move there, weather wise. You missed the "winter" which is like oct-jan where it actually does get quite cold there (low 30's at night)

I spent the weekend there at mandalay and bumped in to pete rose at the sportsbook lol

Skipbone was making fun of me for taking Iowa at -6 full game on Sunday lmao. He was hoping I only took first half. Guy is something else. I get a kick out of it though. I already got one game I like a lot today. Looking to add another one. See if we can stay perfect as a pro lol

Champ is here- yea bro I saw it gets cold at night. I can't get over how nice it is here. Shorts and tees and even at night it's comfortable. Is Albertsons considered upscale super market? That's where I shopped last night. Have to choose between there, Smiths and Vons... Gas $2.45 a gallon and the roads and driving here is odd. Besides that I absolutely love it!! I don't plan on ever moving back home if I can be successful betting this place outs Jersey to shame lol

Oh, Vons & Albertsons are a little more "upscale" than Smith's. If you would of said the closest store to you is a Food 4 Less or anything with a spanish title like a Cardenas, I would have told you to purchase a bulletproof vest......

The country has three large supermarket conglomerates: Albertsons, Kroger, and Safeway.  Kroger runs Smiths, Safeway runs Vons.  Albertsons are always known as Albertsons to my knowledge.  There is really no difference between the three chains though individual stores have nuances.  In some towns/neighborhoods, the Kroger is nicer than the Safeway, in others it isn't, etc.

Albertson's is Jewel in the Chicago area.  At least, I think they are still owned by Albertson's.  Safeway used to own Dominick's, but all the Dominick's are closed now.  But now we have Mariano's (based out of Milwaukee) which blows them all away, and is priced similarly.  Just steer clear of  Whole Foods, very negative EV on your bankroll.

Pretty impressive start. I impressed with your discipline so far. You may surprise me yet. I thought the need to have action every day would kill you, but you have impressed me. The key to making it out there is MONEY MANAGEMENT. If you can do that, you will be able to survive out there. I am going out there on Friday so I will buy you a beer for ragging on you on your losses even though you have been doing pretty darn well.

I was going to say the same thing. Plenty of +10 offshore as well as at Caeser and Wynn. Missing that half point is going to be a killer in the end, especially when you are laying -110.

Do yourself a favour and check out the Wynn ( and other books ). You could have got +10 LSU and +8.5 Nebraska. If you are going to do it full time you need to do it right.

As I said yesterday, you should be printing out the line moves and closing lines of the books in Vegas and getting a feel for which books will suit you best when you like favourites and when you like dog's.

You do not want to be taking +0.5 pt worse when you are already laying -110.

I agree and normally will but this week I got so much going in in the apartment I had to go to my closest book to get the bet in before gametime. Once I get cable tommorow then I will be able to shop properly for the best lines. I'm sure u guys have moved before u know things all don't work properly. The lady at my apartment said I could get direct tv then they show up today and it's clear I'm not facing the correct direction.

I envisioned you being on the strip most of the day so you can pounce on the best line in short notice.  If not I'm not sure at all the point of being in Nevada?
