I am about to have my neighbor's car towed from my driveway.

I don't know about you guys, but when I'm on vacation and I am staying at home, I don't wait for TEN F-N days to leave my house.

I'm home, couldn't afford to go anywhere. So I took some time off to just relax, play 360, smoke a few L's and lounge.

So The King makes his way out for the mail today, goes threw his normal type of shit you find in the mail. Bill...Account Statement....Pizza flyer....Blank Envelope?

 

WTF I'm thinking, so I open it up.

 

The blank envelope contains a bill for 218.00 from Mr. Jerk-Off's company. He fuckin' sent me a bill for his car! Oh and it gets better. He put a fuckin' post-it on the bill and it says:

 

"Please pay or I will be contacting my legal advisors"

 

This shit just keeps getting more fucked up as the days go on! I'm deffinatly not paying this fuckin' dick a penny.

The "legal advisors" charge 218 dollars just to pick up the phone.

The scary part about this is your dealing with somebody that is not only trash, but borderline retarded as well. Those types are capable of just about anything.

 

My dad lives next door to a place called the counsel on aging.  They people that worked their would park on the street in front of his house, not even in his actual drive way and he called around and eventually the workers were told that they could not park there anymore and my dad was told that if anyone parked infront of his house again he could have them towed, so certainly you have every right to have someone towed out of your driveway if you didn't give them permission.

 

let him contact 'legal advisors' in your made up covers soap opera.. lets see what happens..

I may be wrong, and we may need Depeche in here to answer correctly, but I was under the assumption that in most states you had to be over 16 years old to be sued.  So you should be in the clear T-King.

I told you you should have really gone to war King. Now this asshole thinks he can fuck with you all day long. As for the letter, it's totally bullshit. I'm pretty sure you could ever claim harassment on the motherfucker now. It was totally within you legal right you have the idiot towed AND you could have charged trespassing too. So go over there, keep the "letter", and tell the motherfucker to sue all he likes. If he does, counter sue his ass for everything your lawyer the come up with. Fuck him harder and he would fuck back.

His car was an illegal trespass and he has zero grounds to sue.  He knows that.

 

If he parks in front of your driveway again, have him towed.  If he keeps fucking with you, file for a restraining order.  Pretty hard to comply with a retraining order when you live next door, which means he may have to move.

 

Lesson to be learned here, don't be passive aggressive.  Having his car towed without confronting him created problems.  In this situation, you have to stand up to people.  If they act like dicks after confrontation, then resort to other means.  Passive aggression is the surest way to have people fuck with you.  Stand up to the bully and the bully will back down everytime.

 

Of course, a license to practice law emboldens me.

let him contact his legal advisors, u did nothing wrong... he parks in your driveway without permission on your property and you have it removed... you could always play dumb and say u didn't know whose car it was... put that envelope back in his mailbox and say fuck u.. and if he says anything then to u, tell him if he would like it if u just did something similar to what he did without permission...

just put the letter back in his mailbox.. don't do anything that could wind up being used against u, if u start cursing at him or doing shit like that it could bite u in the ass.. let him take legal action, the amount he will have to pay in lawyer fees is going to be much more then the amount of the bill..
