You can leagally shoot a man for tresspassing.  Load up a shotgun with rock salt instead of pellets.  He won't tresspass more than 1x, promise.  Blast that donkey, he won't be able to sit for a while.  That shit burns when it gets under you skin.

 

         

Since the cops came he wont try anything for awhile.  Youve got time to prepare.

Personally I would have spoken to him first, now his day is ruined and it won't be long before he is looking to ruin your day. He has time on his side. I always figure if the person is low enough to do shit like that without asking, what else is he low enough to do. Hope everything works out, think it's a little late for the pie now, maybe in a week or so.   

I am dealing with a similar situation here at my place. We just bought a new constructed house in this neighborhood where all the homes are new. The association has not been formed yet and about 2 weeks ago this white trash single mother lady moves in with her two kids and the oldest is a 17 year old boy who loves to squeal out of the driveway in his pickup truck, drive 40 MPH in the cul de sac and have 6 or 7 other guests over at late hours and have them park their shitty cars in the no parking area of the cul de sac.............nothing like having a house in a nice neighborhood with nice people where nothing is less than 475k and have that kinda trash moving in..................also there are two little kids that ride their bikes around up and down our QUIET street that are probably in danger because of this asshole......

As soon as the cul de sac fills up, call the cops.  Tell them they're doing drugs and they're underage and it's the mother supplying that shit. 

 

He'll be logging onto Cover's from an internet connection at the library tomorrow morning to tell us about it.

Nothing yet guys, my car is in the garage so I'm not overly concerned.

 

I don't think this is the situation where I need to get some video cameras set up, plus that would cost a few grand that I am not willing to spend.

 

Maybe if the Raptors cover tonight I'll debate it, but otherwise I will just hold onto a bat and get ready to kick some ass if need be.

I know he's the prick for parking his car in your driveway ... nobody debates that.  that being said, what would you do if somebody pissed you off.... you already showed him, and if I were him ( I wouldn't hav eparked in your driveway in the first place, but that establishes him as an a-hole) it would be game-on.

2 years ago on Mothers Day , before I went to see mom, I come home to my TH with a reserved spot and have groceries /gym bag -

can't park in my spot  because of some ass clown wjho can't read RESERVED  and the # ..

Call Tow company -they tow the car and because it's a holiday (mother's day ) they said the owner would have to pay $135 to get it out ......

Just got up, did a tour around the house and everything is cool.

 

The contractors are back again, and on his driveway. His car isn't in the driveway, so I expect that he hasn't got it back yet.

 

I expect that this drama is over, if anything were to happen it would have happened last night.

This seems like a made up story similar to the guy with the neighbor with the new pool.

 

 

Just my take.   I think it's a copy cat story to get views. 

 

The neighbor had the new pool, our guy had the snowblower.  I have been wondering what happened to that guy but I'm sure we will find out here pretty soon when the snow starts falling.
