Stan has always been a cool, calm player. He's just been very unlucky. You guys are clueless idiots, that are new to tennis, and don't know what you're talking about. 27 is up there, but it's still young and can make it happen in this day and age...especially in tennis.

i love stan but has literally NEVER played like this vs a top flight player in a grand slam,
thanks for the misprint though it gave me a good laugh
yeesh don't take it so personally..I'm talking about what I see right now..obviously he is playing much better than he is, because if he played like this all the time, he would be ranked top 5

i have been watching stan play for 7 years, i know way more about then 98.9% of tennis fans,
he has not been unlucky, he has always run into superior MENTAL players,
he has a good serve, strong groundstrokes especially his backhand, but his mental weaknesses have cracked him in big matches,
no unluckiness,
you cant play for 9 yrs on the pro tour and keep getting unlucky,
that's just retarded

Factually speaking, in terms of Slam titles, you're completely wrong. Once players pass the age of 26, their historical chances of winning Slam titles drop off markedly. Only the truly greats defy that norm. It's happened even to Roger. His post 26 age Slam win rate has dropped right off, but the fact he's still competing/winning them is down to his class. If you don't win any before you pass 26, chances are you're pissing into the win expecting to break that duck.
