Only concerns with Park is she took a long injury break yesterday.
she have played a lot these last two weeks.
Agianst Peterson in the final last week she had 10 Aces and her return 1st serve was 40% and 2nd serve 58%
against Zhang she had 19 aces and 53% 1st serve return and 36% 2nd serve return.
this dropped a lot against Cristian who is a lot worse than both Zhang and Peterson.
8 Aces (7 double faults) and 1st serve return only 16% ( only won 5 of 31points) 44% second serve.
so I think the all this matches is getting to Park, she played double late last night as well.
Vondrousova will win this torunument without a doubt a believe. If park is fully fit she can keep it close, but didn’t look like it yesterday.
Vondrousova beat Collins 6-3 6-3 just a few weeks ago, so park will need to play better than Collins…
