So someone hacked into your account? What do you think happened?
Worst thing I have ever read. Stuff like this makes me want to quit entirely. I hope there is such a thing as karma because then you would have a boatload of money coming to you through a lucky win or some such. I feel very troubled for you. This is total bullshit. Life is a hell sometimes.

so is there any update? I hope you get your money back, but I am a little less optimistic then most others in the thread. I think you have maybe a 50/50 chance to get your money back. These books aren't usually very understanding when shit like this happens. Let us know if there is an update.

Update is pretty much that I sent SBR a message, hoping that I hear word soon, but have not yet, thing that sucks is I really want to play with this book again based on how great their tennis is, but just sucks because there is no other book like it that offers what they do, alas all I can do is wait

although i have read some stories on other forums about people
not logging in and their whole roll is spent worries me :(
i think the best solution is to just withdraw when ur at a good amount

I know this is an old thread but a similar thing happened to me at 5 Dimes just last week. I only do parlay bets pretty much every day. One day I logged in to do my bets and my account was bank was gone. Someone played casino games from an IP address in Jakarta [I'm from the US]. I called and they said they could do nothing. They gave me the IP address and said that that was used one another time but ... the other time whoever logged in just looked around the casino but never did anything.
I strongly believe this was an inside job from an employee!!!! My security is very ...very good. Think of it .... why would they not just clean out my account? Why would they play casino games?

Very sorry to hear this, I waited months before I gave 5dimes a shot again, and yes, block all casino games from your account, and change your password once more. It required me to do send my DL picture again, but from using them lately, basically for just tennis and euro hockey and soccer, im pleased sort of, again, but, I am now knowing that once i get the balance up enough, when i do win, i am W/D quickly

Not sure if this is relevant, but figured I would add. When I first signed up with 5d several months back, I got a friend to join shortly after. In order to get the bonus, I called in and everything. This in itself was a hassle, the when I finally got a guy on the phone, they began to ask for all my account info INCLUDING my password. Assuming I should follow the rules of the internet, you NEVER give a pw to ANYONE.
After being asked this I told him I was not interested in the bonus, and hung up.
Also, they never requested a DL picture from me, whats the deal with having to divulge that?
