Besides that I got a e-mail from Jm last night about his new football system that he is 97% of winning in football. He said he only lost 1 game out of 71 that he betted on, and he is selling this system for 300 bucks... Did anybody get this e-mail from him too?

JM is consistent...on all the BS marketing. What a shock, he claims weeks ago that the system won't be for sale, so don't ask. Then he sends out that email last night to ALL his clients and its $297!!! What a shock.
And he must be on to the fact that everyone is posting his systems, b/c he has you sending him a signed statement saying you won't share it.
What's funny is, how would he ever know if you did on a forum where you use a screen name different from your real name.
? for Covers, if he sees the NFL system posted, he can't legally get you to give the real name of the poster, right?

Answer: If you sign a confidentiality agreement, you breach and he (JM) can prove up damages, then you are liable. Can he get your identity from covers if you are breaching your agreement? Good question. Lots of jurisdictional and procedural issues at play there. My guess is, yes, if JM really pushed (spent a lot of money on attorney fees).

Fellas...There is no chance in hell he would be able to prove who posts his NFL system.
Whoever buys it can have their mommy or Grandpa Joe post the plays. Give it to 1 of your buddies who can create a profile on any forum and post the plays. How can you trace that? Lawyers? You guys are overthinking it.
It's just a marketing tactic to scare some people from posting. In reality he knows it's unrealistic to expect no one to spread the system around. He's just trying to minimize the amount of people who do.
Now can someone please buy it and post it? That would be fantastic, Love You All!

Come on Mr.Jeff Attorney at Law. You know there is NO Way in hell Tan could find out your covers idenity and sue you for posting his system. Go to the library, use a public IP create a new profile named "Smitler's Uncle", and post away.
