Anybody remember this system Did the parameters start yet ?

I believe were suppose too be betting on road teams where 2 teams are cross confrence 3 game chase. I think were suppose to bet on teams that are at least .500 and up. or if the 3 teams listed are below in percentage wins than the one being bet on. I'm not sure when chase starts but I think that the first qualifing plays are skipped or something like that.
