Which is more advisable betting 1-2 games per day or 5-6. If your win rate is 55% and you know it's gonna be 55% you want to play as many games as possible.
100 games at 55% win rate (with the standard -110 juice) is gonna give you 5.5 units won every 100 bets. (100 games, 55-45 record, 4.5 units lost on juice)
30 games at 55% is gonna give you either a 16-14 record or 17-13 (depending on which way the half game went). If we figure the 17-13 that would give you 2.7 units won every 30 games bet.
So if yo bet 100 games a month vs 30 games a month you will come out ahead with the more games.
Now if your concern is keeping your win rate at 55% with the more games everything above this line is a moot point.

Understood, but what makes you think you can hit 55% of 3,000 games. Its harder to pick 55% against 3,000 games than 55% against 300 games.
I mean there are too many bad calls and weird things that happen. The odds are against you to begin with -110 to win 100.
Its just like vegas you might have a winning streak but after time the odds get to you.

Capping 3000 games is 8.2 games per day, risking an average 9 units each day. Your example has that after a year your up 39 units . SO to me you have 25% of yearly winnings risked each day
But the 300 game example at +35 units, has a daily risk of 1.1 unit or risking 3% of years winnings each day.
AND a whole lot less capping.
as to whats "easier", 53% wins of 3000 plays or 58% of 3000 plays.
About the same to me, both very difficult.
I just like having less exposure per day, so i go with less picks over more.
