In May so far, visting teams that are favorites are 29 - 21 on the Run Line for a profit of 18.7 units....

Network, I have only been tracking this since the beginning of May. Right now, best records are Philly at 3-0, Milwaukee at 3-1 and Atlanta, Houston, LAD, Mets and San Fran all at 2-0. One thing you will notice on visiting run lines is the actual line varies wildly based on the visiting teams pitcher (i.e. for a visiting team money line of -125 you might see a run line of anywhere from +150 to +110 depending on the pitcher).

The pitcher does have something to do with it, but I think its mostly based on the team's offense for example if texas is favoured on the road their RL + will be lower than most teams because they can rake it. While a team like SF with an ace Lincecum on the mound will get a good RL price because their offense isnt very good and their more likely to win by 1 run.
