System idea fo CBB

Hey guys I saw a pattern in CBB and that is all team that play away and at home and are favorite from -3.5 to -4.5 win game in 65-70% of cases. Away teams are surprisingly better than home teams but still both numbers are quite high. 
Now can anybody make any kind of system from this, chase system or anything? 
Dont get me wrong these bets are ML so the juice is a bit high from -180 to -200

If those games hit 65% of the time just play them without the chase.

Now that you mentioned it Vegas will adjust.

Well thats not goin to work beacuse plays are ML and 65% win bets at -200 line is not enough and you actually make minus. 
But I hope vegas doesn read this :)

The only way to beat Vegas is a chase system, if your happy with grinding out 5 to 10 units a season and only a few people can do that have fun. Chase systems not all,  but the good ones will make far more than any handicapper betting straight bets , betting to win a unit a game.

I agree thats why I want to find some kind of a chase system for this
