sports betting trends vs systems

I ran across a sports betting site www.killersports.com that lists free sports betting trends for everyone too look at and use or not as they please. this leaves me wondering.
how many people rely on sports betting trends vs systems?
it seems to me as many trends that are out there that maybe it could be flat bet and make money mabe using the ten percent method.  when mlb season comes up there are trends everyday people find and submit to this site.

this site might be able too help all they listis upcoming trends. sometimes useful sometime not.
