For those of you who have been capping for years and are up on vegas what are some rules that you go by.

I am new to capping and cannot seem to get my discipline down and know i need to set some rules and follow them. What are some of of the rules that you guys follow before making each and every pick?

Do your homework, manage your money, and be sure you can afford to lose.

I use a printed form that I made on excel and try to increase my bankroll from one sheet to another. There are 30 rows per sheet. I keep up with all bets. This keeps disciplined and stops me from chasing.

dont bet more than 5% on a single bet, keep most bets 1-3%.
