Proven "investors" only

Need some reliable advice on this system. I dont know if this "system" is out there or not but here goes. Its just a different version of the normal series chasing system thats out there. Instead of going with any of your picks( meaning taking road teams, underdogs or slight favorites) I concentrate on big home series favorites only. I know, less risk, less reward but that is the recipe anyway. You need to have a big bank roll and lots of patience. I call it nickle and diming them to death. You also need to win a huge percentage of sreies. Eventually you'll take a big hit but by then you should be able to absorb the hit and get right back on the horse. Game 1- 1unit, game 2- 3 units, game 3- 10 units, game 4- 30 units. For example: lets say its Minnesota at Texas for a 4 game series. What are the chances Texas gets swept at home by Minnesota? Not good. All Texas has to do is win 1 game for the series to be profitable. Looking for some veteran investors to play devil's advocate and shoot some holes in this theory. Any advice or comments will be greatly appreciated.

Chase systems in any manner are losing propisitions due to the fact you'd need an endless bankroll to make it work.

Systems and betting schemes don't work in the long run, PERIOD.

Absolutely true no questions asked. However, in the short term, you can yield a healthy profit if you happen to win enough in a row, but in the long term you will lose.

For example, Texas was just swept for the first time since July 2011 last week. Meaning they basically went a full season without getting swept. Chase systems require a great deal of luck, more than the day to day grinder needs.

 

I know one guy who refers to himself as an investor that I respect as much as anyone in the sports betting world. Other than him I agree with this statement 100%.

Chase systems can and do work in the long run, but again it depends on how good of a sports investor you are. Instead of just looking at the highest odds, I tend to steer into records and pitching etc. KC is just simply not going to go into Yankee stadium and sweep the Yanks when they have two of their top three pitchers playing and KC has two of their worst scheduled. That is now the strategy I have been using and it has worked great. Not tons of plays but if you pick your spots it really is a good strategy.
