question:a person hits 51% ats over hundreds of games playing at only 1 sportsbook. how much would he increase his winning pct.by playing at 5 different different books? would it increase 1 or 2%. [ playing only closing lines] what's the rule of thumb? thanks!!!

why would it increase?? could play at a million different sports books, if the prices and spreads are the same how could you possibly have a higher winning %?

I think the only thing that can increase is the amount of money won or lost playing at multiple sportsbooks. If the results are close enough to the lines you may experience some b ooks having a better line than the other which you may win a wager at one book and lose it at the others. So, in that sense I guess the Win% can vary by a percent or two. However, unless you have multiple sportbook accounts for the purpose of shopping for the best line, you might as well pick the one with the best lines and service and just go with that one. That's my take on the situation.
