I'm too working on some things with one of them using the sagarin ratings
Trying the RPI too but nothing concrete yet

how are you making your picks? do you need one teams RPI to be 0.25 or 0.5 more  than their opponent?

Your on a good run.  I tried this earlier in the year but it just translates to betting on high moneyline favs, since the team with the higher rpi is always the fav.   Then you will run into some upsets.  Had you started a few days earlier, you would of had Was over Car...well Car won.  The ML for that was like -280 so be careful.

So do you use the Espn-nhl-rankings page? And can you elaborate more on your system? I'm very interested looks like you're doing great gl

I'm not only taking the favs. I have a lot of betting expertise with high odds favs ( MLB can also be a killer for the bankroll. )

And we will also pla favs on the road to win.

The first thing that is very important with an RPI system is to wait long enough in the season just like I did.

Than I use 3 or 4 formulas with the RPI rankings , home advantage, injuries, ... to decide if it will be a bet or not.

Just follow this thread for a while ;)

 

Ow another thing! Last year with my never seen MLB system I was 180 - 4 for sides and 245 - 12 with totals.

So labouchere these results and you will be in a good spot here ;)
