NCAAF %s / NCAA BB

I know books don't allow the correlated football o/u in NCAAF, but is there anyway to translate this into a NCAA BB system? I am guessing no because the books seem to accept all spread/total parlays. Just thought maybe there was a math guy out there that might know for sure.

Example today: Wright St +27 / Under 27 and Ohio St -27 / Over127

Pretty low total for that many points. Seems if Ohio St goes on a tare they would win with a high score vs Wright st keeping close in a low scoring defensive game.

Is there a percentage based correlated opportunity here like there is in College Football? Not really a math guy at all so just throwing that out there for us to thinki about.
