Basically the play will be a 5-point Teaser using either a 2-team or 3-Team NCAAB games. The strategy is 2-win streak. Hence bet #1 is 1 Unit. And then bet #2 is the original 1 Unit and the Winning Bet Amount of Bet #1.

After that, it goes back to the original bet of 1 Unit on the next bet/action.

A Loss also results in going back to the original bet of 1 Unit on the next bet/action.

I will be basing this on $ 100 US Dollar plays for those people outside the USA and reading this thread.
