Is anybody familiar with a system that has to do with buying 3 pts on a dog and traveling east to west etc???

YES IT IS A PROGRESSIVE SYSTEM. YOU WIN 95% OF ALL GAMES BUT YOU LOSE A LOT OF MONEY WHEN YOU LOSE. DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH IT.
