I lost $250 on the washington nationals yesterday and $150 on both the anaheim ducks puck line and side. Now my bankroll is at $78 :( and I really need some money management advice. I know there's potential to make money at this but I really don't have a strategy and terrible money management. Could someone please lend me some advice. Thank you!

There are plenty of management styles out there but I would recommend splitting your BR into even units. I believe bettors that know what they are doing, dont bet more than 3% of they bankroll on any one bet. Bet the same amount on every bet. Some people bet more on games they really like but that can hurt your break even point. You bet the same amount on all games and the goal should be the best winning percentage you can achieve.
Also, if you're betting MLB, I personally stay away from juice. If you like a fave to win, take them on the run line for a dog price. I think historically MLB dogs win about 40% of the time which is more than dogs winning in NFL or NBA. So if you are laying -150 or more on faves, you need to be winning a lot of your bets.

im sorry to say but if you wanna make back that money, you're gonna have to grind for at least a month with single bets no more than $5.
the best thing you can do right now is accept the loss and bet with the intention of still having money afterwards if you lose, because you can't make money if you don't have money. as long as your bankroll is +, you'll always have hope.

i had a $3000 dollar bankroll two weeks ago betting $100 per bet. then i got some bad beats, went on tilt and now im at $1000. i stopped when i realized $1000 is better than $0. at least i'd still have hope. anyways, i now have $1000 betting $25 per game. now, in 1 week, im at $1160 and im pretty stoked. because in the end, the money doesn't matter. its what you learned. information is much more valuable than money.

with a $78 BR, and a brainless approach to betting MLB, I would recommend you contact a Covers Expert of your choice..Unfortunately; what happened to you, happens to 90% of all (inexperienced) handicappers betting sports. Systems & Strategies is not your solution...methodology, research, analysis, study, a complete and comprehensive understanding of the sport you're wagering on...Use your own mind, if this is not attainable, then simply stop flushing your money down the toilet, and do something else that you enjoy; grasping to the fact that sports betting is not your forte. the best in your direction, and may your future prosperity shine.....nobody likes to lose, everybody loves to recover...
