JM NBA V1 past results

Hello everyone.

I am just wondering if anyone knows of a link or another thread in which someone has backtested the systems results with just buying the 2 points instead of 3.

I have not yet used this sytem chasing, I feel I might try it on small wager only this season, however I am not happy laying the juice for 3 points, 2 is still adding some but seems more conservative should a loss occur. Anyhow if anyone has past results with just the 2 it would be greatly appreciated.

Last year, only buying 2 points instead of 3 resulted in one game ended in a push instead of a win.

Of course that was last year.

This year....?

In duscussions, some have suggested just playing the system without buying the points.  I don't have the exact figures but I believe "buying the points" resulted in over 10 wins last year.

I think I am going to stick with 2 point buys this season.. We'll see how I get on!

how do you buy points when handicapping online on bodog for example? please help

Sorry I am not sure with bodog, I only use pinnacle and there is simply an option above the sports betting catergories to 'buy points'..

I would just email their customer support. If you can't see it chances are they may not offer customers it as some books don't - which was actually why i moved to pinnacle..

previous years have been ok by looks of it, 2 losses in 08, 2 losses 07.

I think I am going to scrap straight chasing, and play a labouchere line with 2 point buys only. Not as much juice to add to the lines if they lose but also still covering myself for that extra safety of 2 points.
