Is the Interblock electronic roulette really random or is like a slot machine?

I find it very misleading if the Interblock roulette machine is Not Random but in fact set to hit numbers and pay people when it chooses like a slot machine. Any knowledge about these machines would be of great help.

It is worse than the slot machine. Don't ever play online casino.
