incorporating spring training pitching stats into first reg season starts

find anything interesting here?  interested in exploring how certain pitchers do in ST and whether good or bad outings in ST can predict good or bad starts to the reg season.

i took cle/oakland over 4.5 f5 and over 8 since lindblom and mcalister had crappy ST #s but didn't do much more research than that

also in the doyers/SD game i found that haren had horrible #'s last ST and an awful first start wiht the nats, his ST #s this year were slightly better but still bad and Tyson ross's weren't great last year had an avg start 1st game last year...this year ST much much worse ST #'s which i guess are showing itself giving up 3 runs in the first

yorando ventura looks like he will get rocked, gave up tons of hits over ST
