how to narrow down and focus on the best bets?

How do you guys narrow down your focus?  I've been really busy lately and i find that i dont have the energy to cap every game on a saturday like i used to.  How do you narrow down the best games to focus on? This will be a big iussue for me when college basketball starts next week?

Hey, Big.  I used to stress out with 20-30 wagers /day.  Then I decided to narrow it down.  I quit trying to cap every game in every sport and now I only cap a few games with teams I'm familiar with in conferences I'm familiar with. I also started using a few systems that have history on their side, and don't take as much time as pouring over stats and trends and conditions and situations. 

By doing those things I cut an hour off  my daily research time, and my wife doesn't bug me as much for being on the computer morning and night.
