How to make a RL-1

If you want to play the RL-1 and your bookie doesn't have it, here is a method to make your own. Even if your bookie does have it you might be able to make a better line here.

Presently Baltimore RL-1 at pinnacle is -111 while this method gets you RL-1 -109.
