How often are teams swept in the NHL playoffs?

I was thinking of betting the favorite (or dog if you like) of each NHL playoff series and chasing them until they get a win. So if it's best of 7, it's pretty much a 4 game chase. The goal is to basically win 1 unit per series.

Anyone do this already? any thoughts?

this is easy enough to backtest previous years

I always do this,
during the reg season, I chase the road team to lose on of three consecutive road games and during playoffs the home team to win one of three home games. It is very good.

Playoffs teams are good enough to win a game at home
