Juice is VERY important. I never bet on a team with really high juice, it's just not worth it. It depends really on what chance you think the team has of winning. If you think they have a 60% chance of winning, then laying -200 would be stupid.
I would use atleast two books (pinnacle and 5dimes are my fav) because shopping for lines is a big key to winning. I have a friend who only bets on a team that has a line at a book that is much begtter than the average of his other books, he much some nice profits.
