sportsbook.com has a bunch of 1st/2nd half options. This is a good place for these types of bets if you live in the US. Alot of people claim difficulty cashing out, so be careful. I have no personal experience with them FYI.

no the bet i'm talking about is you bet on who is leading at the half and who is leading at the end of the game
for example tonight if you bet suns 1st half/cavs game
on a $10 bet you win $60 if suns are leading at the half and cavs win the game- there is no point spread -- i would assume that there are lots of games where the dog is leading at half only to get beat in the game the odds are usually +500 for these scenarios
and i was wondering if anyone had ever bet these
there are 6 outcomes to this bet in above game odds are as follows........... winner of 1st half/winner of game
suns /suns +240 cavs/cavs -105 suns /cavs +500
cavs /suns +600 tie/cavs +1800 tie/suns +1800
