College Football / College Basketball "Snowball" Moneyline Parlays

Question

Hi guys...First off let me say that I know this isn&#x27;t a good LONGTERM strategy, however, I have heard of a number of guys taking a smaller bankroll and rolling it over for the first month or so of the college football / basketball seasons when the top teams are playing the weak teams.For instance, in the first month of the CFB season, taking large home favorites on the moneyline and parlaying them each week and rolling over the profits into the next week.So with each week having 8&#x2B; teams that would meet this criteria, there is obviously a chance at an upset, but hopefully not for the first month of the season...Any insight on this would be awesome or if anyone has done this before?

*ahem* &#xD;&#xA;I&#x27;ve learned my lessons about trying to find quick cash in sports betting the hard way. In short, this sounds like a good idea but I need to tell you that this won&#x27;t work.&#xD;&#xA;You can squeeze out a few dollars (literally, just a few bucks) by betting big chalk on the moneyline in CFB but the risk is still very real and unfortunately, all it takes is one bizarre letdown to ruin everything.&#xD;&#xA;Play a few 3 or 4 teamers just for shits, but understand that you&#x27;re probably not even safe there. You&#x27;re better off putting your money into the teams that you know the most about and by doing all of your own work. Going 1-0 ATS for $50 will feel a hell of a lot more satisfying that nailing some huge chalk parlay because you put the time in to produce a good result.&#xD;&#xA;I don&#x27;t know a goddamn thing except that I have never profited from something that seemed too good to be true.

Hell, at this point I don&#x27;t think I&#x27;ve profited, period. That&#x27;s how much those "lessons" cost but bet your ass I won&#x27;t make those mistakes again.

Interesting idea, but the 2 books I use most often (Stations and Leroy&#x27;s) Don&#x27;t also post a ML option on big favorites like these.Good luck though...

go to the downtown books. You&#x27;ll find MLs on big chalk plays there. Its a lot of risk for very little profit. I knew a couple guys that did this for awhile. They lost as they usually hit 7 out of 8. Sucked for them.
