The Vols have only played three true home games in eight previous
starts and come off a disappointing 16-point loss to Temple in
Philadelphia. The Vols are 6-2 overall and 3-2 against the number with
the other setback a 9-point defeat to unbeaten Gonzaga.
Marquette
is 8-1 overall, but 2-3 against the number and has failed to cover a
spread in the last three board matchups. The Golden Eagles have had a
soft schedule to this point with their only major results a 3-point win
over Wisconsin and a 14-point upset loss to Dayton as a 9½-point chalk.
Tennessee does own a 12-point win over Georgetown and will have a
