CFL O/U system??

I'm dating myself, but six or maybe 7 years back, there was a CFL O/U chase system. Can't remember exactly how it worked but I know it had a good track record until, of course, it didn't. Any idea what it was and if it's back in play?

I was just thinking about this the other day. If it's the same one, you play as follows: Take each of he major college football teams (or even a chosen few or conf) and bet the over for their first 3 games, chasing to win 1 unit. 1 win and done. If the team goes U-U-U, then you bet the under the next 3 games continuing the chase.
