I have stumbled across something pretty interesting. There seems to be a trend whereby when a .700+ team loses as a road dog or as a favourite of -1 or -1.5 (both SU & ATS), 66% of the time they win/cover their next game as favourite (either at home or away). Also, if their road game ATS was a push, they either win or push the next game. It doesn't really matter what the spread for the next game is. No neutral games are included in the following 2011/12 record so far:
43-22-4 (66%)
The next qualified play is (Pick is in orange & underlined):
Middle Tennessee St vs Western Kentucky (02/09/12)
If anyone is interested in following this and are able to spot any qualified future plays to help out, that would be superb! BTW if this has been discovered already and has been posted in the forums, then I apologise!!
