No. There are sites that will show a percentage of wagers at a handful of sportsbooks. These are extremely unreliable as you may have one site that shows that there is 60% of all wagers placed on a team and then another that shows 40% on the same team. There are zero sites that show what the amount of money is on any wager.

those sites are not accurate anymore. reverse moneyline used to work back in the days but soon all those sites that report them use falso info to trap blind bettors. don't looke for easy way. always spend time and study your game if you are going to bet. If not subscribe to a reliable pro service like bettingresource.
