April 9 - Trends Systems and Totals Chase

Still down a bit , although it is a little misleading as i am including daily results as opposed to just waiting till a chase clears and recording it as a win  ..anyway.. alot of action again tonite

YTD - -9.3 Units

Trend System 1 - 1-2 : -2.9 units

Texas  -145                 1.45 units to win 1 unit

Trend System 2 -  2-1  +1.2 units

Washington +115     1 unit to win 1.15 units

Cubs  +105            1 unit to win 1.05 units

Minnesota -108 (opened as a dog)   1.08 units to win 1 unit

Oakland  +105            1.05 units to win 1 unit

Trend System 4   1-1 : +.3 units

Tampa Bay -102       1.02 units to win  1 unit

Houston +129      1 unit to win 1.29 units

Kansas City +129    1 unit to win 1.29 units

Totals Labouchere Chase  -  -7.9 units

Baltimore Under  9 -115     2.3 units to win 2 units

Atlanta Under 8 -115         2.3 units to win 2 units

Washington Over 9 -105      2.1 units to win 2 units

Tampa Bay Under 9.5 -115    2.3 units to win 2 units

Cubs Under 9  -120             2.4 units to win 2 units

Philly Over 9 -105               2.1 units to win 2 units

Milwuakee Over 9.5  -105    2.1 units to win 2 units

Arizona  Under 10 -115   2.3 units to win 2 units

San Diego/Colorado have offsetting chases (SD U , Col O) ..so there will be no play, but the results will be added to each of their labouchere lines...

I start my line with 2 units  i.e

1-1

so i bet to win 2 units... if i win ...my line stays the same. .and i bet the next game 2 units again ...until is loses.. when it loses my line is now

1-1-2.2      (the 2.2 is the amount i bet in this case at -110)

So now i wait until this team hits another streak of 2..then bet the 3rd game the same to win 3.2 units  ..if it wins my line is now

1

so next game i bet to win 1 unit .. if it wins i start a new line

if it loses i add the loss to the line and then stop and wait again for 2 in a row ..with my line being

1-1.1   

And yes i meant 1000 units ..it was very very time consuming but i went through every team with a pen and paper crossing out lines. .last season it was just over 1000 units.. most teams averaged a profit of 30-50 units ( i didnt start any new lines after sept 15th or so.).... the biggest loser was only -22 units ( I dont have my spreadsheet with me but i think it was KC)   ..because it took so long, I just randomly spot checked a bunch of teams from 2004-2008  ..and it was much the same as the 2009 results.. on avg 30-50 units per team ..and -22 is still the biggest loser i have seen .,.this was good enough for me.  What i don't know.. and will find out soon enough is how many units i  need for this ..right now i am going with 100 ..i may find this is not nearly enough..time will tell..
