Streak Survivor - Pick not recorded?

Good morning. I normally play Streak Survivor from my desktop PC at home. I was away last night (10/24) and in an area of relatively weak signal strength. It took some doing just to get internet connectivity, but using my Samsung Galaxy S6, I was finally able to submit Boston -7.0 between 7:10 and 7:30 PM ET. When I checked the pick this AM, there was no record in my pick profile for 10/24. Could you please check your transaction logs for Username Ness1 to see what you may have during that timeframe? As an fyi, I was using Desktop View not Mobile View. While not in contention for monthly honors and it would just be a W5, I'm just curious as to what may have happened. Thanks!!

The same thing happened to me. I picked Portland and it isn't recorded. 

I have had the same thing happen, I just assumed it was a glitch? I am shocked at how many people actually think they have a chance haha. I know I have zero shot! 

Everyone has a chance to win

I was wondering if anyone has picked a win and not given credit for it. I had The Rams today and it shows as a win but my streak number stayed the same. I was at 6 wins and should have went to seven but it stayed the same. Should have moved to 7 but didn't. Been playing Streak Survivor for years and never had this happened before

my pick was not recorded as a win either. Whats going on?

11 30 17 did not get credit for win on streak survivor or ultimate race. the pick was the under 202 on  both races, mil. vs Portland.

someone knows how to detect a game arranged in the nba or nhl or nfl what happened in the clevelan game today in the nba is the greatest nerve that happened in the nba in three quarters made more than 55 points and in the last make 33 points to fix the under the nba was shameless who think that they will do 33 points in the last quarter that is a lie the players acted failing and failed shots that disgust ????????????????????????????????????

Since I keep seeing this... check your My Picks Profile under Streak Survivor so you can see if it shows the pending pick that you selected.  If it doesn't show anything and just has your last win or loss, then it obviously didn't submit and you need to try again.  I always check just to confirm it went through.  It takes under 10 seconds to do it.  I'm sure people can find the time.

I've found that once you've made the pick the game stays up on the pick page.  But  if you go to the profile the pick appears.

I lost 2 winning picks too from the last weeks. I had 2 winning streak now suddenly they disapeared 

       Your picks have to happen within 7 days or they are reset Wolf.
