My streak ended for no reason and I picked right!

Ok so I can't find anywhere to complain and get help on this but I can't understand how I picked over into Ronald Baltimore Trono Toronto and it was 10 two final with the over being nine yet I still got marked for a loss?? How is that possiblebut I can't understand how I picked over in the Baltimore Toronto game tonight and it was 10 two final with the over being nine. 12 is enough so the website made a mistake. What's up?

I picked Toronto on the moneyline, and it says Push, also, I'm kinda confused, lol.

I picked Toronto//Baltimore over 9 tonight and given a loss.  Total for the game was 12.

I had same thing happened to me,i picked the cubs over the reds on 7/19/15 said the pick lost no number to call about this?
