I cant make any picks.

Question

I haven't made a pick since May 23rd, i pick on Streak Survivor and all i get is the following.NOTE: You are limited to one pick per day. Your pick may not be edited. If you fail to make a pick on game played within 7 days of your previous selection, your streak is reset to 0.Anyone know why no picks can be made?
