Covers don't even follow their own rules

It's early, several hours before first game, but several games in this contest neither side is over -130 and both are under 70% consensus and the game is not offered? May be offered later, but why not now? It's like you don't care of don't know. Makes it so hard to win for those of us who care. For a long time I have been silent but lately this keeps getting worse as do the grading of games before midnight that day. There was a game played in the CFL by a contestant on Thursday and Sunday morning that game had not been graded and it WON! Covers you have convinced my you don't care because if you did you would offer some explanation but you remain silent. Why?

Yeah how dare Covers not provide world class service!   As much as we pay to enter these things they shouldn't worry about their business, just focus 100% on our free contests!  The nerve of these people not to be 24/7 at our beck and call!  Stop trying for the free money Jay, that will teach them!

I get the sarcasm. It's just geez you can't even run a free contest right. I've been here 19 years and it's only got worse. Games not getting graded on time. Not following their own rules. Never used to be like this. It's obvious that this system is not done manually. So get you're system straightened out covers and get games up if they follow your rules and get the games graded in timely manner which they are having an ever increasing time doing. That's all I wish as many here wish. I've keep my mouth shut for a long time for the same sentiments as you, but enough is enough. If something is worth doing, do it right. Please.

 It looks like you have been here a long time as well. You are what is the problem in this world. Quality of any kind has left the building and you like many others are okay with it. This site is free and it was one of best sites of its kind, yes, but over the last few years there has been a drop off especially with the contests. There are those like myself and Jayahaa that are of like mind that believe if your going to do something, do it right. 

But they aren't doing it "right"?

Hard to believe with the incredible high standards you have you are still here!!!?

Just knock it off bro.  Your high standards don't exist except when they fit into your agenda.

If you had any you wouldn't be crying your eyes out over how a free contest is being ran.

 You are no hero for constantly bashing the site and the free contests.

If you abuse them long enough they will probably stop doing the contests.

That's exactly what I would do.

Let's see how great the other contestants feel about your constant crying then.

I've been here a while too.  Can an issue be frustrating?  Of course!  

But the world (or the site) doesn't revolve around me and always getting exceptional service.

If they didn't have to sometimes stress other areas of their business there would be no free contests.

Don't look a gift horse in the mouth. You guys keep bashing the site.......

And soon you won't have to worry about not getting world class priority service on a free contest.

Stop playing if your standards are too high!!  No need to ruin it for everyone else, right?

there are other sites you can play similar free contests on that have been posted on there forums before. I agree with Donny. It's free. I woukd get the rage if you put money down but we aren't. There is 0 risk for us and only money to potentially win. I'm just here trying to see if I can do the impossible. Most likely won't ever sniff the 25 streak but it is fun to keep trying. It's free. Is it annoying sometimes yes. I hate being frozen on a pick. I hate not seeing a line available I know is within the contest rules. But I'm not risking any money. There is no downside on covers. Only upside. Plus we grip when we know we had a winner. I've been frozen out of a pick that was a loser so it goes both ways.
