 This is a common misperception people have, known as the gamblers fallacy. Each bet he makes has no mathematical bearing on the previous bet. It would be like going up to a roulette table where black has come up 20 times in a row and making a large bet on red because you feel it is "DUE". Like everyone I really hope he can survive the 3rd period but this will now be extremely tough since Boston will now play for broke, which will create more opportunities for Buffalo to score, i.e. Pulling their goalie.

this could be on par with the kings/golden knights game the other month...they scored 5 goals in the 1st period needing just 1 more to go over and goose eggs were put up in both the 2nd and 3rd periods

 I finally agree. Lol. Ya cant lose with martengale opposite picks on these streaks but ya need a huge bankroll. Your basically finally the “house”

Painful way to lose the streak on a Shorthanded goal with 35 seconds left. Crazy
