why is a game taken off the board just because someone on a hot streak plays it. Today for example monthly leader has TB but the game has been off the board for most of the day.  Just curious why/

They certainly don't remove a pick from the board just because someone on a hot streak plays it. Reasons for removal of a pick from the board could be due to contest consensus rules whereby everyone or almost everyone is making the same pick in a particular game, or could be because Vegas experts have reconsidered the sides pick and moved it to greater than 130 in which case Covers will not list the sides odds.

Recency bias says Blazers but the line is DD for a reason. I like this pick 

Apparently a lot of people are liking his pick, since line has moved to -11 already which sounds like a half point but in reality is a full point for Portland bettors to lose their money, i.e. Portland must lose by 12 now, not 11, for Portland supporters to lose their bet.

 I disagree. They are intentionally keeping certain games off the board because they don't want it to be picked. And the favorite is like -118 and 43% concensus, but the line-betting has been off the board all day.

Well, let's not put the cart before the horse. The point spread has been bouncing back and forth between 11 and 10.5. Spurs should be relentless since they are rested and surely "up" for the game, although sitting around a few days at home is a recipe for distractions and a lack of 100% focus. Portland has a reputation of "hanging around" when considered a large road dog and rarely do they get blown out on the road. Anyway, I picked Spurs at -10.5 as well which historically is the kiss of death. 

I think he got this ….. this is a sharp bet …..
