It looks that when someone gets over 15 wins they find a way to lose.
my suggestion is that if covers tries to communicate with you then, keep the answers to a yes and no fashion only.
if they ask to call you, tell them to keep the electronic communication via email so you can have a record just in case they try to pressure you.
and keep trying to win.
